By accessing the VidBrowser website, downloading the VidBrowser desktop application, creating an account, or using any paid or free plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to the VidBrowser website and the VidBrowser desktop application for Windows and macOS.

VidBrowser is a desktop browser application designed for video browsing and personal offline saving. The app helps users browse websites, detect available media resources on the page, create download tasks, and review download history.

VidBrowser is provided as a freemium software service. Some features or usage limits may differ between the free plan and paid plans. VidBrowser does not promise access to every site, every media resource, or every workflow scenario.

Some features may require an account, purchase record, or billing profile. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support as soon as possible.

VidBrowser currently offers a free plan and the following paid plans: Basic at $35 per year, Pro at $59 per year, and Lifetime at $149 as a one-time purchase. Prices may be updated in the future, but any changes will apply only after notice and only to future purchases or renewals.

Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe. VidBrowser does not directly store full payment card details on its own servers.

Annual plans renew only when you choose a recurring subscription and provide consent through the checkout or billing flow. Before any renewal charge, VidBrowser and/or Stripe will provide advance notice through email, billing tools, or the purchase flow so you can review or cancel before renewal. Lifetime purchases do not renew.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges that may apply to your purchase.

VidBrowser paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a paid annual or lifetime purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, email masmate310@gmail.com from the email address used for purchase and include your order details. Refund requests are reviewed manually and may require purchase verification.

Refunds are not guaranteed outside the 7-day refund window unless required by law or Stripe payment rules.

VidBrowser is intended for personal use only. You may use the service only for content you are authorized to access and save.

You must respect copyright law, platform terms of service, license restrictions, and applicable local regulations. You may not use VidBrowser to violate the rights of content owners or other parties.

You may not commercially redistribute, resell, republish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit saved content unless you have the separate rights required to do so.

You may not use the service to interfere with the operation of websites, abuse network resources, reverse engineer protected services, or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

VidBrowser, including its software, branding, interface design, documentation, and website content, is owned by VidBrowser or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

VidBrowser is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidBrowser disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

VidBrowser does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, continued compatibility with every website, or that any particular media resource will be detected or saved successfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidBrowser will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

If VidBrowser is found liable for any claim related to the service, its total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to VidBrowser for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

VidBrowser may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or create risk or harm to VidBrowser, its users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals through the applicable billing method before the next renewal date.

VidBrowser may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, VidBrowser will post the updated Terms on the website and may provide additional notice through the app or email.

Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
