With analytics consent, VidBrowser enables the full Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity features used to understand page views, traffic sources, device information, and on-site behavior. With advertising consent, advertising and campaign-measurement tags configured through Google Tag Manager may use advertising storage.

Each third party processes data according to its own privacy and cookie practices. We encourage users to review those third-party policies for more detail.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking, deleting, or limiting cookies on a site-by-site basis.

Where non-essential cookies are used, you may also be able to manage them through our consent banner, cookie settings tool, or provider-specific opt-out tools.

When you arrive from an advertising campaign (for example, a Google Ads link containing gclid, wbraid, or gbraid parameters), VidBrowser records that click together with the campaign parameters and keeps a short-lived download token in your browser session storage to connect a later download of the VidBrowser app to the advertising click that led to it.

The token is kept in browser session storage by default and disappears when the session ends. If you allow advertising cookies, we may keep the token in local storage until it expires (about one day) so a download started later can still be linked to your earlier click. The token is not a cookie and is not used for cross-site advertising; it is never kept on your device after it expires. Before you make a choice, the token stays session-only, and this processing is based on our legitimate interest in measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns.

Where required by law, including under GDPR rules, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies such as analytics or advertising cookies. You can accept all optional cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose analytics and advertising cookies separately.

You can withdraw or update your cookie consent preferences at any time through the cookie settings tool, consent banner options, or browser controls where available.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated version on the website and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
